She gets so much screentime because she is extremely loud and boisterous...you might notice Yi Sang has very little screentime...that doesnt mean people dont like Yi Sang...its because he knows how to stfu and will only chip in when he has something of value to say...screentime is not related to 'beloved'ness it is related to character traits. Don is a very loud moron that drives people up the wall and screws missions up, Yi Sang is a calm intelligent introvert who is one of the most reliable on the team.

Don is very popular but for different reasons from Outis or Faust.
Instead of "let me plant my face on that chair you sat on for 3 days straight" or "uoooooh barren hag" it's "i enjoy the little gremlin that screams about justice".
It's also nice that Don gets consequences for messing things up as well, as seen with Vergil in CH3, otherwise it would've been annoying to have her constantly do dumb things without punishment. I think she can develop a really solid character arc if things are done right.
