00 [Shi Section 5] Don Quixote worth to unlock tier 3 ?

because her 3rd skill alone and haste on hit is it worth it to tier 3 ? if you don't have hong lu and W don ?

She is not budget Honglu. Not even close.

She is not bad. Her third skill is bugged right now so the +3 is always active even when she doesn't have enough speed. Her second skill still clash fair well.

Out of all Shi, she doesn't gain much from stay low hp. She is mostly already fast enough without haste on most of situations.

Talking about the other Shi, Heathcliff requirement to trigger his ability is basically impossible to reach that threshold and survive. Ishmael is much easier and it actually became a better Kurokumo Hong Lu

the issue I find is that poise is unreliable mixed with the dependency of your top skill requiring so many stars to align you need haste you need poise to proc good and you need to flip heads

you can hit for really high damage I think hundreds on a quite a few enemy types and it doesnt lead to immediate failure against kroomer

but due to its unreliably and difficult to always clash nature is conflicting recommendation think most people put in C tier due to that

then again I use G corp outis unironically and find them to be pretty good

Hong Lu's gimmick isn't just big flips. S3's damage rockets if he scored a kill on the first use, meaning a heads will either score a second or leave a big dent in whatever you're fighting.

Nah, she's not even close. You won't find a budget Hong Lu, his tintang identity mechanics are uncountered in terms of damage right now, probably only by R-Heartcliff while he has bullets. Unless you uptie stuff just for the sake of it, best not to do.

Decent enough if you pair her with G-corp Outis and her haste buff, so her 3rd almost always hits max. And who knows, maybe her identity will be useful in the future with some team.

Her third skill is currently bugged. It always trigger regardless of Don's speed.

If you like the ID, use it.

Personally, I use her when I random her but her performance compared to other IDs is a little more difficult. Her skill 2 is great and skill 3 is bugged (which is good for her atm), but I find her unreliable to use unless you use G.Corp Outis. Even then it is still difficult. Right now, she needs more support as her fellow Shi IDs actually doesn't support her and just sort of work their own way.

The good thing is that if you use other Shi members, then any EGO that runs the Lust/Wrath/Envy combination basically pops up very very fast, you just need some lucky clashers and you good.

I bet I can make a similar picture with other characters. And in terms of damage, well, lvl 30 R-corp Heartcliff is one of the two characters who has a skill that hits 5 times, the other one is W-corp Don, so I have a feeling he will deal more damage than Faust. Single target I mean, in terms of aoe, Faust with 2 aoe ego's will outdamage everyone probably.

L Faust is probably top 5 ~ 10 id. Individually she's closer to 10th, but Faust has some really good EGO's so idk.
