Remove everything that isn't max uptied, they are more a hindernance than a boon. Go uptie them first.
without meursault E.G.O the fight just really really hard, kromer can use self attack up.
attack down in this game is different it lower enemies / bosses clash power to win clash every turn, lower their damage, lower their evade, & defense power.
attack up, rising your clash power, this is why kromer hard. she have this buff.
meursault E.G.O a must " for easy mode " to defeat kromer.
max level 30 party without meursault still hard. ( yes already tried ).
Oh right, the "Chains that Bind Us" I think, still, I'd have to restart the dungeon since Mersault Liu will just heal her to full every turn
I got no friends to borrow identities so thats a doozy, I might just lvl up base mersault and keep the team I have then, maybe lvl up either Yi Sang or Faust, Faust got 1 skill with atack down i think
Edit: might also get base sinclair to lvl 25-30 since theres a lot of "clash win" efects and I suppose it stacks with the tongue
i have W Corp Meursault level 30 with Pursuance. free to add.
Otherwise the fight is still doable, but it will probably take you a lot of tries.
All I can think of to suggest is...
-NEVER LET HER SUCCEED IN ATTACK BUFFS!!!
-Tank unavoidable hits with neutral/resistant people.
-Use lowest speed units as Grip bait, or those with the lowest clashing power/E.G.O availability.
-More Coins = power, even if you can't win a clash, you can reduce the attack damage taken (by winning some of the clashes, taking away the enemy's coins/attacks).
-Keep E.G.O ready in phase 2 for a BS AOE attack.
That's all that comes to mind. I don't even know how the ♥♥♥♥ I got to stage 2 and nearly beat it with this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ crew. All I can hope for is that the current crew can beat it...
Also, I doubt it's possible to switch identities without redoing the entire dungeon with it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ instakill megabeasts... But you CAN level-grind currently used identities and the level carries over mid-dungeon run.
at phase 2 you need to build up 2 E.G.O skill to clash 2 of her " Repent !!" ultimate skills.
if you not break or stagger her arm very quickly, you will face kromer Repent AOE Spike Pillar attack Twice. forcus on her two arm and 1 sinner attack body.
when you deal a lot of damage you don't need to worry about " Repent !!" kromer ultimate skill because you already stagger it or break her arm before " Repent Coming".
yeah you are under level.
I'd imagine breaking the arms ASAP is priority, not that it stops that outdated cryptocurrency ♥♥♥♥♥ from attacking with them anyway in the absolute final portion... But if it keeps the AOE's away... (Way to go, breaking the basic rules of abnormalities & parts... Ugh.)
Well, no point in trying until they're all atleast level 27+. Lord knows that'll take a few days.
Still can't think of a better team then Chain dude (default), Cigar lady (default), Bat-man (Default), Sinclair (Blade Lineage+mark buff), and Rodya (LCCB).
They're the only ones able to actually win a bloody clash and have adequate synergy in E.G.O resource gathering (except for the lazy low-rolling chain man, but his E.G.O and tankiness help in other ways, atleast).
Outis (GCorp)
Faust (Sinner)
Sinclair (Sinner) But you need the Dungeon E.G.O. gift that requires you 3 blood
Hong Lu (Sinner)
Heathcliff (Sinner).
(FYI The rest of my team for the dungeon was Liu Gregor, Liu Mersault, Shi Ishmael, Sinner Don (useless but it's the only identity i have for her), Sinner Yi Sang (not used a single time, but the support is nice especialy for this fight), LCCB Rodya, and Sinner Ryoshu (used only once)) (I do have several 000 identities, but I didn't use any)
The idea was to Stack Blue (Pride) and yellow (Sloth) ressources on phase 1 to be able to use Outis's EGO almost every turn on phase 2. and to be able to chose almost every single freaking Clash thanks to Outis's haste buff and Faust's debuffs.
With this team Sinclair needs to be baby sitted, do not let him take a direct hit or a losing clash. Sinclair does a lot of damage with the E.G.O. gift while winning clashes, but he will melt if you let Kromer bash him. Also I timed my damage to stagger her Maw whenever she launched her mass attack.
Unfortunately, it seems you've been using the characters i'm not using, so I'm not sure you'll be able to replicate it, but my team is fairly F2P friendly. (minus G Corps Outis)
Impressive.
Don (W-Corp): Lvl 30
Outis (Base): Lvl 25
Ishmael (LCCB): Lvl 30
Ryoshu (Base): Lvl 20
Mersault (N-Corp): Lvl 25
and to be honest? Outis and Ishmael were doing most of the heavy lifting despite them being a 0 and 00 Sinner respectively. This is also WITH N-Corp Mersault as despite his 000 would've ♥♥♥♥♥♥ over my team as he can easily apply Bleed to Kromer and just lose me the run.
I also ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up team comp and was unable to get proper EGO's to fund Mersaults: "Chain of Others" Base EGO which most people swear by (and don't get me wrong it's hella good for this fight) and Ishmael's: "Snagharpoon" as the Passive it gives her is great and I still managed to clear her on my second try because the first one i accidentally gave her Bleed...
Phase 1 is arguably harder than Phase 2 since I believe during the first time she insta-staggers a Sinner she will NOT have the attack that will Stagger HER if she loses the Clash so you have to protect them the old fashion way by redirecting attacks by forcing Clashes. You also don't have as much Sins to fuel EGO's at the start.
If you can get to Phase 2 with a full squad then it's actually not that bad. Kromer takes hilarious amounts of damage if she ever gets Ecstasy so just focus fire on her Maw, and latter though she starts dealing crazy damage she now takes Fatal Damage EVERYWHERE from EVERYTHING so you can just once again focus fire specific parts...
And again my team comp was sub-optimal ASF. Don rolled ♥♥♥♥ on both of her Rip Spaces, Ishmael ran out of Ammo midway through Phase 2... and could've easily improved this by having better characters that can fuel Chains of Others/Snagharpoon or having my Base Sinclair properly leveled.
Not saying she isn't hard but the game gives you much more leeway in terms of team composition and levels than people make it out to be.
- 1st phase Kromer is resist to blunt damage. (Yes, whole dungeon loss to blunt but boss is resist)
- 2nd phase Kromer got some part the fatal to blunt so keep 1 blunt sinner if you want but imo you don't need it because 2nd phase is easy af, easier than mirror dungeon.
- Try using Ryoshu or Outis if you can, they are super easy to get EGO activate.
- i won on lvl 23-24 whole team, so your lvl is okay.
- Win 1st phase and you already won. good luck.
Yeah. I all ready expected that from the mini bosses having blunt resistance. That double snake arm man boss and I had so much blunt damage. xD They got me with that, but they weren't going to fool me against the final boss.
