how do you avoid gaze ? even if i win clash someone get staggered anyway. i cant avoid this debuff.

what do i do to win ? kromer have high clash. (no bleed and burn build on my team and still lose)

the answer is simple, you can't avoid the gaze, its 100% stun mechanic to 1 random sinners.

so to avoid kromer attacking your sinner that get staggered, redirect clash all her 4 attack with 4 sinners.

imagine redirect 4 attack with 4 sinner. fail clash once : dead sinners. (or dying)

It's her unique ability, whoever are the target of the gaze will be staggered next turn and become the target of all her attack
Find one that can tank the attack and get them to take gaze, then protect them for the turn

that is why bring 5 or 4 sinner that can tank slash and pierce, so she will not deal that much damage to you, click your character in battle and check their resistance don't randomly clash.

redirect kromer slash attack to sinner that can tank slash, redirect kromer pierce attack to sinner that can tank pierce. easy peazy.

you can cheat her by Meursault E.G.O attack down btw. it's very powerful debuff and there is no other alternative, im serious.

most people bring meursault anyway.

Bring tankier sinners higher lvl resistanc to pierce/slash. And if I remember correctly, her gaze attack is telegraphed for every 3 turns, so Meursault's default EGO is a must. It is practically a godsend in this battle.

If your characters is dying after losing one clash, then there is a bigger problem in your team than gaze.
