I'd say it's HE for Ryoshu since she seems to have a love for fire (Burning her food with her lighter, her base ego uses fire, and she loves lighting cigarettes) so it'd make sense for to have a stronger affinity for a fire related ego.

As for Rodion? I'd say it's possibly because she's got a bit similar to the scorched girl, in that both lived in frigid frozen towns, although the connection is a bit shakier here than Ryoshu.

Characters aside, the reason for the different levels is due to how well the user and Abnormality EGO can synchronize. The Sinners aren't using extracted EGO like Lobotomy's where the strength is predetermined.

Can't wait for Ishmael to get Aleph Wellcheers. Jokes aside I really hope PM addresses the oversight/bug on his threadspin numbers. His 4th matchflame is currently the only ego in the entire game to not get coin power at tier 3 (resulting in it having a roll range of 12-24).
