this guy know undiluted K corp ampule and refined K corp ampule and he choose to suicide to the vat for no reason ? i dont mind him being dead, but he was smart and choose dumbest way possible to dead.

its like a child who like chocolate and thinking its safe to jump into molten chocolate in factory.

also its cheap that this character made for explanation for bad part of K corp ampule

Question would be - why? Samjo came across as slavishly devoted to K. Corp and Dongrang, competent (that final derp aside), willing to step in and take the heat from Dongrang's boss as long as he could until said boss said to put the doctor on the phone or they're both getting thrown at the nearest Abnormality..

What motive would Dongrang have to get rid of what seemed like an ideal employee?

He wasn't aware of the true nature of how the K Corp singularity works. We've been fed misinformation about it being nanobots when it turns out the nanobots were there to gaslight people in order for the juice to take effect.

Dongrang even had to explain why the other ampule just started growing bugs out. We've seen that the truly purest version of the K Corp serum heals to the point where you're restored to whatever "the original form of humanity" is so it doesn't even line up with the melting and the bug variant of the Decay Ampules.

For all intents and purposes, Samjo is unaware.

Actually, there is something of an explaination. It has to do with the fact that the golden apple lures in their target. In gregors report, he states that he felt some sort of magnetic force that made him want to chop it up.
Also its a golden apple, something that comes up in greek myths where the gods want to get it for themselves.
Not to say that yuri's death didn't feel absurd but there is a reason.

Maybe I remember it wrong, but I think she did not realize it was an Abno? They were looking for a Golden Bough and saw a golden branch with an apple and decided that's the main prize? I don't think (by lore) Lob employees had to know about Abnormalities from other departments of the facility?
