Does anyone know how to use Sunshower Heathcliff?

His Counter seems to be quite good. Otherwise all of his coins can push him all the way to negative power, lol.
It seems that he's designed to lose clashes. But I don't see how that benefits him much. He also has pretty low defense for someone who needs to lose.

You need to build up his Sinking count and win clashes to keep it active, while using his counter as necessary to cover for clashes he can't win and mitigate damage, ideally against one big hit rather than a bunch of small ones.

He really needs his Sinking count to actually lose SP, since you don't lose SP on clash loss.

the Counter could be useful replacement for the low SP lose thank to self Paralyze, but it only give 1 count

You need to use Counter or 3rd skills to gain self-afflicted sink which trigger passive buff which self-afflicted sink also reduce sanity to help you with coin toss result.

I plan on using him on a rupture team of mine, but I'm a little too tired tonight. Haven't built a sinking team yet but maybe it'll be interesting to try now that he's around. in either case he basically has no egos to support it so he's a character you're going to be using his defense on a lot considering he basically permanently takes 50% less damage if played right.

It funny, I think he would be pretty good with the newer clash update, but right now hes kinda trash. With his low ceiling and having to build up to get anywhere but pretty much hits 45 before getting into a good sinking state. Unless the end of chapter 4 gives him a good uptyie, hes just not good.

In the paid battle pass mommy Outis has a Sunshower E.G.O and it's sinking based. Since the trailer has shown us quite a bit of Sunshower identities, I can safely assume that by the end of the season we'll have a lot of Sinking identites, where the synergy will make our boy Heathcliff shine.

so basically :
1. do not pair him with faust, just don't, you recover his sanity he turn bad.
2. need negative sanity, 0 to 10 sanity he technically become bad keep it very low sanity.
3. Guard and Attack Gameplay.
4. no don't compare to N Corp Snclair, N sinclair better Because he has -15 sanity build inside all his skill, L Corp Heatcliff ? nope.
5, there is a easy trick to enable L Corp heatcliff, use any Gacha E.G.O spam that Consume -25 sanity to make him negative, then you can smash.

Her Sunshower ego actually generates poise, not sinking.

He's basically an alternative to Ninclair that uses Sinking to drop SP instead of just losing SP, which isn't great, and also significantly weaker than Ninclair with everything except his counter, which is also not great. He needs to get his skill slots ASAP to get his Sinking stacks off the knife-edge they'll be on with only a +1/3 count from his S1/3 respectively, especially once his passive kicks in and starts auto-proccing his Sinking.
His new EGO gives some theoretical synergy, with it's passive offsetting any hits he'll take using his potentially great counter, but it's hard to see it being enough since it'll be <5 HP at level 35.
We'll have to see how uptie IV changes things because he's not even impressive compared to Sinner Heath.

But really, you can use him as your company avatar, looks nice and "i have no .. left" sounds dope. So he's not useless. Otherwise PM really screwed it with this one. There's not a single case where you'd want to use it over rabbit heath.

'cept you won't self-inflict paralysis at high sanity, it requires tails-hits. It's also nowhere near enough to offset the fact that his skills are seriously undertuned, the clash-power peaks for his skills (6-10/12-18) don't even outperform his much easier to use 1* ID. (10-12-18)
