Both strong, but with some weaknesses to different things. Can't argue with Mutilate's 30 power, but one E.G.O attack and his chances drop dramatically in the future (if SP is not healed). And sinclair just has issues with exess SP in dungeons, sadly. And probably other stuff but it's way too late to think it all through now...

Also, what is Offence Level even? Like, I don't even know anymore what purpose it serves. It's nice W-Ryoshu gets a whopping 40 of it (quite rare), but I can't tell you what it's even meant to do anymore.

+1 clash value per 3 levels of difference
So, if enemy has 34, and W Ryoshu has 43, it's +3 clash value for her for free (also it's why T4 Roseate Desire for Ish makes some sense, since it's basically reduces enemy clash value by 3)

Ah, thanks, that has some things make a looooot more sense, especially some of those accursed Railway copy/pastes in the Hard MD and why nothing (sometimes not even 30+ power E.G.O) wins a clash against their insane values.

Guess I'll have another stat to look for when checking if the IV is worth it every blue moon.
