weekly reset problem
when i playing mirror of mirror dungeon when weekly reset happen the game crash and i lost all my progress and weekly bonus did not refill what can I do?

No refill? Did you Claim it? Report it.

the bonus only gets taken away when you claim rewards, so if you did that then there should be no problem. but yes report if you didn't claim it yourself

Weekly bonus didn't reset when server close down (10am KST).

It reset at 6am KST same time as when daily mission rest which happen before server close.

Are you sure you didn't already use up them after reset at 6am KST even before server close down for update?

no im sure that it didn't reset because when I check the weekly mission it reset but not dungeon bonus and I havent claim anything yet
