This whole thing is a mess, but lets take a look back at what happened

To start this of i need to say im not someone that participates in online discussions at all and my english is not the best, so apologies for that, im mostly just trying to resume this whole thing based on the things ive seen, so take this with a grain of salt.

first of, i wanna say this kind of situation was pretty much bound to happen from the start or at least sometingh of the like would have at some point, if you saw all the stuff that was going on before this whole thing started, yes people were mad at first and rightfully complaining about what they think are problems with the game, like the whole uptie IV situation, the nerfs and other gameplay related problems (yes also the complaining of the new summer identities from the unhinged people), all this then let to a boiling point, mostly on the korean side of the player base were people just started to take things in to their own hands so something would get done, that something being review bombing the game with complaints and overall saying their satisfaction with the game, in order to get pm to fix what they deemed a problem.

While all of this was happenig some people started to dig stuff on the cg art artist Vellmori, founding allegedly problematic posts being shared by the artist on social media years ago, such problematic posts supposedly being Misandry hate speech. So thanks to this the artist got labeld a radical feminist by a big part of the korean side of the player base, Eventually making people review bomb the game even more while also demanding the firing of the artist, this stuff got so bad apparently people started protesting outside of pms office with someone allegedly breaking in.

Now this situation is confusing not to mention messy and most of the information has been form people not fluent in english, or people google translating the information they find so theres been a lot of miscommunication and misinformation between the korean and english speaking side of the playerbases thanks to not only the language barrier but also the cultural one, on a cultural note apparently in korea being a ¨feminist¨ is more than not equating yourself to being a radical feminist, since a lot of radicals there ¨allegedly¨ just call themselves feminist, this causes feminism to be look down upon in general and even be used as an insult, this being apparently the reason as to why the korean side of the palyer base was pissed off about this whole thing.

Now thanks to all of this pm was pretty much forced to respond, with the two options available being standing with the artist or firing her, they chose to fire her. Now im not gonna defend pm on this nor will i condemn them, a decision had to be made or else things could have gotten worse, if it was the correct choice is not for me to say yet. One thing to note in korea you can not fire someone with out a legal reason, meaning that the artist broke the contract, the part of the contract being broken by the artist was the part that prohibits artists from causing any drama due to their opinions/ideologies if said drama affects the company. However, you have to take in acount that this drama was not only caused by posts shared before the artist worked for pm, but said posts were deleted and just brought up without any good reason, unfortunately there's nothing that can be done since the artist already got fired.

There's also been more stuff going on like people trying to dig out more stuff from other artist that have worked with pm,and even one of them putting out a statement about the situation, but i'm too exhausted to even search for more informtion about this so im gonna leave it here.

All i can say is yes this situation is pretty bad and well have to see were this whole thing goes, i honestly suggest people to take a break from all of this for now, i doubt i'll get better from now on but we can only wait

It was not a big of an issue low. Yeah, it looked like jizz, but it was a bug. I give the current thing 3 days or so, if no new escalation will take place.

Huh? I am not talking about the graphic error with the blood LMAO. A lot of people on twitter thought that Heathcliff's skin was portrayed too much lighter than how it is in other art. The graphic error was hilarious, and I miss it. They should bring it back.

Edit: it looks like it's slowing down a lot since from hours ago already. Maybe it really will only take 3 days.

All the pictures that show upvote count were between 1-5 which is hardly representative or popular. What they say is dumb and horrible, but so what?
