For Starter bonus resources, its better to do Normal. (the more combat>more stuff, tho usually its a 100-120 range stuff if you do it)
Aren't doing Normal x 3 spend more time than doing Hard x 1?
That is if you have full level team to do it since it doesn't auto level you to Max like in Normal.
I'm pretty sure it'll stay, but won't apply to MD3 when that's released, since it'll have its own set of Starlight and bonuses.
So if I'm reading this correctly, the best way to maximize Manager Experience and Battle Pass Experience (and time spent) is to do one single Hard Mode run and cash in everything. The best way to maximize Starlight though, would be to do 2 Normal runs and 1 Hard.
Starlight gained isn't boosted by any of the bonus. It's tied to the amount of room you fight so the more healing room you take and event to skip, you will gain less of it so take every abno and elite fight if you want to get like 130-140 of it.
So just do 1 hard to get all the bonus taken care of in 1 go and just spam Normal run until the week is reset if you want to grind Starlight.
You're just depriving yourself of much needed boxes. And you'll naturally cap your starlight as you progress. (Whereas, the Shard Grind never ends).
