sound issue

I ran into a bug related to the sound.
When I start the game my headphones start filling up with strange sounds like... I don't even know how to describe it: I hear music in the background but the main sounds are maybe the corrupted sound of the train or sound that appears when you pick a mirror dungeon? Varous SFX if I shoud say.
I can hear any sinner voices and other game sounds.

I tried to turn off all game sound but it does not work: I still hear corrupted sounds. And it's very annoying. Only option to not hear that - turn off my headphones volume totally.

Also, I do not have any other sound output devices except one pair of headphones: no other headphones or speakers. My headphones are G941 White Shark.

Someone know how to fix it?

The first step i can come up with is try with another headphone or earphone, making sure its not headphone problem.

One guess of mine is that G941 supports 7.1, so see if you're playing with that mode, if so, switch to normal 2.0ch and see if it fixes?

I'm pretty sure the problem is not the headphones: up to this point, the sound on the G941 was working properly and any other app/games have a correct sound. To be sure, I tried my other headphones and the problem persisted.
Also I do not use 7.1 system unless it's running on headset on default. But thanks for your suggestions!
