Random Theory: Sinners don't have EGOs (Spoilers for all three games)
First off, the majority of this will be ignoring their base Zayin being called EGO for obvious reasons.

The (admittedly weakest) first reason is that the majority of the base Zayin EGOs are really just mundane weaponry (the specifics of Outis' will be left to her conspiracy theorists) that base EGOs could be carrying. Only a couple like Faust or Hong Lu have any sort of magical effect with them. Even then, technology within the City seems capable of doing a lot.

The second reason is that none of the Sinners had any reaction to either Dongbaek/Dongrang speaking to an unseen voice, or in the latter case name-dropping Carmen, suggesting none of them have heard her speak. We do know it was possible to manifest EGO prior to the events of Lobotomy Corp thanks to Kali, but on top of that being an extremely rare phenomenon a few Sinners (or at least Sinclair, who's only 20 with no prior combat experience) would've had to awaken very early to have never heard Carmen's voice. Because of Philip and Xiao, we also know it's possible to partially manifest EGO/Distortion without hearing Carmen's voice. She only appears when someone is on the verge of awakening or falling completely. Yi Sang's Crow Eye View was used against Dongrang, but it's very possible that he was only starting to manifest part of his EGO during that attack.

Third reason is also thanks to Kali: the fact that Sinners can undergo EGO Corrosion. Before Kali could manifest her EGO, she too was constantly at risk of losing her mind to the prototype Mimicry she was always using. However, she also noted that the voice from the extracted EGO was also gone after she had obtained her EGO. That suggests that it's actually impossible for EGO Corrosion to occur with EGO users, although in a number of cases it might be impractical to use other EGO alongside your own anyway. Kali only benefited because her EGO was armor, so she still needed to use Mimicry as a weapon while using it.

i thinkk the same. but not. What they are using in their "zayin EGO" is "sin". You can see it in the history that vergilius have that i forgot the name. The first appearing with "sin" was also vergilius. Also, the E.G.O. is the true manifestation of yourself, thing that any of the sinners is exaccly if you think about it.

That last parts interesting considering in LoR, Gebura isn't able to make use of other EGO pages on her floor, only the abnormality pages on each emotion level.

It likly has to do with the nature of the EGO and its INTERPRETATION by Dante. We know from the notes and dialogue that the EGO used by Old L corp was in suits and weapons. Faust notes that it is different then the EGO used by Limbus. Mainly due to the method to make EGO is *lost* so they reinvented by using Dante. Basiclly EGO come in 3 forms.
Distortion (Like chicken man), ABNO made (suit and weapons), Realized EGO (Kali and Xaio), and the ones made using Dante.

The ones made using Dante aren't *normal* they don't exist in the form of a suit or weapon but more as concept made real and derive power by *unraveling* (something to do with thread spin). Therefore the Base EGO are likely not Realized EGO as those are much more material. The sinners can only use EGO due to Dante and therefore it'd be closer to say it's Dante's EGO/Distortion that gives them the ability to use EGO. Hence why they don't hear Carmen.

This also leads into the idea of Dante having a connection to Ayin and Carmen as it would make sense to Faust noting the OG Dante was kinda a ♥♥♥♥ (or just a selfish person) and had something he did or did often that made him being a *good* person (as clockhead version) hypocritical or something. He could be the OG Ayin or perhaps someone Ayin was connected to. Perhaps he worked with Diaz who ♥♥♥♥♥♥ with both OG and Old L corp.

I lean towards Dante being someone connected to others (Ayin and co) rather then being Ayin himself.

sadly sinner have E.G.O they said by them self about E.G.O Control when Encounter the Terorist using E.G.O suit at Chapter 4.

so sinner does have E.G.O but not E.G.O suit, only E.G.O weapon.

They comment on that it's different from the EGO they wield, which isn't necessarily a personal EGO since they're confirmed to use manifested EGOs from the Abnormalities.
Especially since Gregor remarks about their strain on his sanity.

They have EGO as own concept. Basically dante and sinners are concepts now. they are not people anymore. Just possibilites in world of ideas.

Ayin merged with the light, so, unlikely. Probably something completely different, like, idk, your favorite employee from LC. Since we have Yuri who escaped lc, consider the possibility XD.
