Is it just me, or is the new skill swapping features broken?

Went into MD2 twice, tried to swap skill 1 for skill 3 for Yi Sang twice, failed both times. Anyone else having a similar problem?

I think it trade one usage of skill 1 to skills 3 not completely replace them.

Each character has :
3x skill 1
2x skill 2
1x skill 3

What you did leave you with :
2x skill 1
2x skill 2
2x skill 3

So you can still get skill 1, it just balance them out.
If you want no skill 1 you need to do 3 trades in a single run.

Skill exchange only swaps one skill not all of them.

A sinners "deck" contains three copies of Skill 1, two of S2 and one of S3. Converting an S1 to S3 will give you three copies of each skill type.
