Can't find Limbus Company in the "free to play" section of Steam store

I find it weird that the game never appeared in "popular and trending" f2p games on this page: https://store.steampowered.com/genre/Free%20to%20Play/
Especially considering it had around 20k active players on the release day. And that we still get up to 10k active players each day.

It doesn't bother me personally, but I just thought it was successful enough to appear there.
I was wondering if something prevents it from appearing there.
Surely Project Moon wouldn't be against additional awareness about their new game?
Because right now the only way to see and download the game on Steam is to manually type the title name in the search bar.

So, i went to the free 2 play section (through the link) and searched by rpg and anime tag and it didnt find the game. Then i went in general search and selected tags that game has, so, rpg, anime, strategy. Then it popped up 2nd result, not sure if because steam or because i got the game, but it popped up. Thought what could be the difference. Looked at first free 2 play game (some star wars one) and flippin first tag in the list : Free to Play. Flippin Limbus is missing Free to Play tag for whatever reason. PM marked game as Free to Play, but didnt mark it as Free to Play for search/sort engine.

Yeah, I think the problem is that Limbus is listed as "Free" instead of "Free to Play".
Apparently those are two different tags in Steam.

It has no free to play tag that the reason, duh. Im not sure if devs forgot to add it there but that's probably why.

Free is literally free. Free to play is about in game purchases. They must be different tags for that reason. The thing is.. this game has neither.
