I only had a few "retry" spots, 3-17, 3-18, and 3-22. I cleared the first two with only team adjustments and tactics changes. Nothing took more than four tries.
What was your team comp?

I am new to PM's games, what are the main factors to look out for? Dmg types of enemies & ID's resistances and damage types?
Damage resistances of enemies is probably the most important factor, having good color generation for EGOs is another one. Prefer sinners with uptie 3, generally ignore rarity.
A lot of enemies have unique mechanics with their skills and passives, read them. For example, there is a boss in chapter 3 which selfbuffs on bleed and you use salsu emil. kuro ryoshu and kuro rodion.
And don't use 000's unless you uptie them to tier 3. Go back to your base identities.
I would also add collecting ego shards - > enough threads to uptie your team to tier 3.
Seriously have you looked at it, no offense but it couldn't get out of a wet paper bag.
When I see this kind of stuff it makes me wonder just how badly the people who are having trouble are screwing up. You are getting dunked if you try to go anywhere with a level 3 anything.
