Limbus Company

Limbus Company

Story discussion after beat Ch.3 (Spoiler)
Ok, there are a lots of questions i have.
- What did Kromer and Sinclar saw in basement? Is it the route to outskirt and mountain of corpses we saw in 3rd floor? or it is a way to N corp? or something else.
- Why are we so weak that loss every chapter bosses and got save by someone who clearly going to be a possible final boss team later on (like a Blue revb team in Ruina).
- The Color fixers, does it specific that each color can only has one fixer at the time? like Red Gaze after Red Mist death. Is Siegfried also a color fixer?

The basement was most likely some traversal tunnel to L Corp abno containment unit, one could argue Sinclairs father had some influence in a corp or two so perhaps he did some stuff on the back with Loboto in secret. Regarding sinner getting their asses beat, i'm not really sure, it kinda looks like an excuse to throw them into grinder with no reprecussions because hurr durr magical clockman, but i don't really think they're THAT "weak". The color fixers in Limbus are a lot more vague, the K corp Superhero man probably is one judging by his and Vergs convo, although i'm a bit skeptical if Damien isn't also one. From what i remember, yeah, only one color fixer. Verg replaced Gebura after what happened in previous games though i'm not sure who the K corp wagie replaces since he seems to rock Purple.

- I actually forgot that we goes to L corp. branch for each chapter lol. that makes a lots of sense, thanks
- If Damien is also color, i bet it's the new Blue. Though i don't think Purple tear is dead so Siegfried maybe not Purple but other color.

Abnormalities which you fight in the Dungeon

Kromer has evolved to an Abnormality and has been influenced by the Golden Bough, likely enhanced further, we lose because the Meat Mountain was literally Acid and melting us away. as for Demian no idea unless you wanna go for the Book source stuff with which we shouldnt have to worry.

Kali/Gebura gone, Red Color spot was open again so it was given to the Red Gaze

Yeah true, i forgot the possibility that maybe he's just a color we didn't heard of before.
1. Sinclair's basement was a Branch Office of Lobotomy Corporation, and the mountain of flesh there was an Abnormality (that's what fleshy abnormalities look like without filter!). So Sinclair's father or parents had some connection with Lobotomy. We must remember that back in the events of Lobotomy Corporation (game), the president of L Corp, Ayin, had tremendous influence on nearly every corporation in the City except ABC (The Head). That's why he could have a branch in the Nest of K Corp.

Trivia: Nagel und Hammer (N Corp) was Yi Sang's previous company. Prior to joining Limbus, Yi Sang had been a member of the Council of Nine, the top executives of N Corp. He even created a Singularity named "Mirror"--because this is his technology, we can use it still in Limbus (mirror dungeon and alternate personas from parallel universe, aka more gacha xD). So there probably will be more to follow on Yi Sang, Sinclair, N Corp, and Demian.

2. We lose because this is a gacha game. If we don't lose, how else are they going to continue the story? xD That said, it is speculated that Demian (the BL-vibe guy who kills Kromer) is Enoch (Tiphereth's friend whose corpse was used to make the Sephirah Tiphereth B of Lobotomy Corporation, who's already deceased by the timeline of Library of Ruina.)

3. Yes, it is implied that only one Colour Fixer can exist at one time. Vergilius got his colour after the death of the Red Mist and the resolution of the Blood-red Night Abnormality case.

Kinda wierd that there are so many branches of ol'L corp since in LC all of our abnos are locked tight in the facility. I personally like to think that ppl scavanged anything useful from the former nest of L corp ,and abnos are useful since they re used for enkh, so that's how these thigs end up in the casino or god knows where.

He was in N Corp too, but just an ordinary employee, unlike Yi Sang who was a top-level executive and researcher

The webcomic Wonderlab expands more about the multiple branches of L Corp.

Abnormalities also have variants that are stored in other branches, and there are certain Abnormalities that can't be kept in the same branch because super bad things happen if they get together.

COUGH, Magical girls, COUGH.

Yeah, yeah, why not separate the Birbs then. CAUSE GAMEPLAY.
His suit looks more Blue than Purple, so maybe he is the Blue Reverberation's replacement. Although his mask is Green, so he might be green.

Or he is just a Grade 1 Fixer, who was Vergilus's co-worker from before his promotion to Color.

Maybe there are more than 3 birds total, and they just misjudged the minimum needed for Apocalypse Bird.
On a side note pretty cool they decided to bring Aberrations into Mirror World.

Maybe it's only a game mechanic, but L corp was not building wide, it was a gigantifc facility built downwards. And considering abnos are drawn from carmen's skeleton in the jar it kind off makes no sense of transporting them to other branches god knows where in the city. Moreover, the branchers in the other corporations' nests. LC did supply many of them with energy, like R corp, but this is outright stupid. I mean imagine storing a nothing-there somewhere on the other end of the ciry and it escapes. Or worse, the other corp devides to snatch it or just takover the branch, as it was depictied with G corp that they are not stranges to outright armed conflicts. I mean, this is a kind off stupid explaination imo, even if it's canon.

Ima check out the comic if it's available in english. Is it?
1. Meaty abnos you fight later.
2. Because sinner team are mostly random ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and only get so far after. It's also implied what a person becomes weaker in the process of becoming a sinner.
3. It's never stated outright, but most likely yes.

You can't really keep everything in ayin's conscience, there's still limited space. And you have to supply a continent sized city with energy, you can't just do it from one place.
And yes, a nothing there variant breached from secondary branch and it was pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up, but it's business as usual for the City.
The Abnos can have multiple versions. Nothing there and that one Fairy Abno had 1 other confirmed version. so the 3 birds were also elsewhere most likely same with some special EGO that'd only come the main Base if not the Alt versions of the Abnos.
