Side characters dying
The story is amazing, but i hope that killing all friendly secondary characters that are introduced in the story, doesnt becomes the norn .
After a certain point, it stops being chocking and engaging, instead becoming cheap and annoying.

Well in lor everyone but main cast died without exception. I wouldn't expect much longevity for random npc tbh. Its just the norm.

In lor, we were the ones fighting them, and no one was really on our side, but in limbus, we have a lot of friendly and antagonistic side characters , so the difference of setting, makes killing everyone left and right much less compelling and less natural.

Uhhh, 3 isn't really a lot now is it? While i understand your concern and can somewhat sympathise with it, the universum in which the story unfolds is more than harsh, people are literally getting thrashed left and right, i hardly doubt that much will change. For now we'll just have to wait and see.

Considering that we have only 3 chapters so far, and they arent very long, i would call it a considerable amount, specially because they arent only cutout cardboards, but have quite some space dedicated to them.

Seriously we are 3 for 3 for friendly side characters so far

I would not count on this changing, tbh. This universe is the type where side characters die and main characters don't get better, just less in denial.

Meh, I don't think it's a problem. I mean, they have 13 main characters to develop already, and we can augment it to 15 with Charon and Vergilius with some complex setting where there are more questions than answers rn, no time to carry other episodic characters. And, well, considering the level of violence in the PM univers in general, this is kind of normal that there a lot of death. And side characters are getting some slight detail that keeps them relevant for a chapter.

I mean, I do get what they're saying. We haven't exactly had a lot of success with characters that aren't directly antagonistic towards us. Roughly half of the supporting NPCs that we haven't fought are dead right now, and that's including that random pawn shop owner we met in Chapter 2.

I mean, it's more if we include the characters that are part of Team Anti-Limbus, but since they're being set up as the main antagonists, they don't really count as NPCs.

Do keep in mind that storywise the sinners are pissweak right now and Dante constantly has to revive them, so those who cant be revived will die unless they are strong enough to take on HE-level abnos and the like. The Before-Team literally had to confront Kromer and her lackeys so they stood no chance and Yuri was a LobCorp employee which is self explanatory why she died lmao.

welcome to project moon, first time ?. death is norm specially lobotomy corps employee, well if you play lobotomy corporations, she actually quite lucky able to survive very long until lobotomy corp collapse.

actually im curious how completely pure weak yuri able to survive long enough inside lobotomy corp before collapse ?, we are talking SCP LAB that contain abnormality that always demand sacrifice / Can End the world / Turning you to monster / eat you alive / succ you alive / succ in to black hole / kitnap by shrimp soda seller / make you lose sanity / ext ext ext.

being lobotomy corp employeee is already dead flag from the start.

she just run out of luck, yuri is not normal / have screw loose in the head, there is no sane people want to comeback to lobotomy corps for what ever reason. ( except you need work for money and for eat ) but she should be know the " possible death " risk already.

imagine if you go inside lobotomy corps ruin and suddenly you meet ALEPH Abnormally in the corner or in the middle the hall way. running away is useless death is everywhere.

Yes, but this is the first time that we actually have plot relevant supporting characters.
Im not talking about killing them, but about every single time, killing off everyone that is friendly towards us.

I wonder if they'll ever add in more Sinners. Or if the plot would even allow that.
With a plot/world-building as abstract as this one, I'd imagine that PM is trying to not to create any plotholes.

Like if we did save a supporting character. What would they do for us?
Would we let them ride the bus?
Would Red Eyes even allow that?
Would we be alright letting outsiders live if they know about our magic school bus?

They did get revived, but the fate of a few guests are quite grim like The 4th Pack, Love Town (Tomerry got napped by Purple Tear), Puppets

Add Yan, Kurokumo clan pissing off Thumb, 2 boyz from Oswald's circus. And considering that in cannon ending the entities in library got liberated , only a slight percent like wedge office and Xiao might live happy ever after. Things in PM univers usually start bad and end even worse, c'est la vie.
