How to add friend using code?

Found the friend list but can only add suggested randoms.

At the upper left on the Add Friend panel, there's the Discover thingy. Click on that and you could input friend codes there.

Copy the code of person you want to add and paste it(ctrl + v) to input it in the menu the person above mentioned.
