Mirror dungeon not unlocking, and thus not letting you to play chapter 3
Despite recently clearing chapter 2, the Mirror Dungeon hasn't unlocked. Demanding that I clear chapter 2, even though I have already done so. Additionally, whenever I try to open up chapter 3, it practically soft locks my game, as it leaves me stuck at a black screen. Where I can only move my cursor and nothing more.

Does anyone else have this issue?

you must have the major bug, did you finish your chapter 2 during the reset. cause that bugs the game out. and on discord it says there no fix atm.

I'm not sure as I don't know what you are referring to with 'the reset'. But if that's major of a bug then...damn. I don't wanna make a new account with what I got so far. Guess I'll have to wait til a solution is found.

They are referring to in-game rollover, or "reset", the time the game progresses to a new day. That being 4 PM EST. If you complete a chapter right before this time, the game will bug out and never flag that you finished the chapter. Meaning mirror dungeons remain locked and chapter 3 is unplayable. The same happens with people when they finish chapter 1 at the same time. Chapter 2 is unplayable for them.

If this is the case, would redoing the second dungeon fix it? Has anyone tried doing that?

People have tried that. Doesn't work. Neither does playing the entire chapter over again like I did today.

Guess the most we who have this issue can do is either wait for a fix to come along, or in the worser case, have to make a new account.

UPDATE:
I DECIDED TO DO THE DUNGEON ONCE MORE, NOT SKIP THE CHAPTER OUTRO STUFF LIKE THAT, AND THE MIRROR DUNGEON UNLOCKED
