it will use the last used E.G.O
In case the last used E.G.O is the default one, it will select randomly of the other equipped E.G.O

would corrosion trigger the passive?

Yes, after corroded sinner uses their E.G.O.

The thing is - you don't want your corroded sinners to use their E.G.O.

I'll disagree on that one, corrosion is potentially an extremely powerful tool for turning the tables when a fight is going sideways, while you certainly can get screwed, you get two rolls for targeting which tilts things in your favour, and if a fight has gone badly enough that a Sinner has Corroded there isn't much to lose from taking risks at that point.

Yeah, I didn't think this through it seems xd. I'll reiterate my previous statement:

You don't want your corroded sinners to use E.G.O. most of the time, other times it can be useful.

If in danger of corruption, I'll still use the EGO in a situation where I need the momentum on my side and the fight isn't going my way. Sure it can screw you over, but I'd rather a chance of getting the lead or losing faster over losing slower and hoping I get lucky on bad clashes.

If things are bad enough that you're willing to risk corrosion, then you're in deep, and a Sinner randomly targeting allies isn't a crippling loss.

I'd risk it if things were so bad losing control of one sinner wouldn't really make a difference.

Now where is the fun in that.

Corrosion is also fun in solos.
Nothing like spamming EGO attacks 8-10 times in one turn.

...Provided you aren't bleeding to death or burning your life up for it.
