Same issue. Also can't access mirror dungeon even though I completed Ch2

I have an update to my situation, though it's not useful. I tried merging my broken account(finished chapter 2. but mirror dungeons remain locked. Chapter 3 is available to select, but when played results in a black screen) to my phone to see if it would fix it. Turns out, when I pressed the Drive tab it gave me an error saying "this account was deleted or no longer exists" and it booted me out of the game. Afterwards I opened it again to find mirror dungeons sitting there, still locked. And my chapter progress loaded. Entering chapter 3 results in a server error.
If this bug is not fixed I'm going to have to grind up an entirely new account on mobile and I will be royally pissed off about it.

Same issue since yesterday. I was hoping there would be some kind of fix but no luck so far.
I tried changing my administrator language to korean but nothing.
I noticed that when my screen goes black, I can still hear the sound of the menu icons when my cursor hover over them. It's as if the game doesn't know where to take me when I click on the 3rd chapter.
I can even navigate in the other sections of the menus like the sinners screen : my screen blink and I can see the menu for a few frames before it turns black again.
Another weird thing, I manage to get back on the "drive" menu and to select the second chapter and access it, and my screen was fixed, but back to square one : can't acces the 3rd chapter.
One last detail : the mirror dungeon is still locked and I can redo the previous levels.

Currently, I cannot play at all since all the content available left is locked.
It's really annoying
