To put it simple, I do not think the gacha games have ending to story and I believe it is going to work similar on the Limbus company.
For example, if in LC2 a distortion takes out the Headquarters of Zwei Association South, then we might have a side story in Limbus where we see the other branches of Zwei reacting to and trying to recover from said disaster and the impact it made on their association as a whole.
