This free Dlc means that finally the cinematics of the story and the fatalities and Fatal Blows are at 60 fps or they are still capped at 30 fps or less and its only for a better resolution? Thanks.

what? it's just story cutscenes in 4k res

what does framerate have to do with it

the gameplay is tied to framerates. its why moves are brokendown by frames. 7 frames to start up 3 to make contact and 6 recovery. if you run more than 60fps the game will have problems calculating the move duration, recovery and active contact frames

Fatalities and fatal blows are capped at 30 fps but story mode cutscenes are at 60 fps.

Aren't also Fatal Blow animation also in 4k? If not, I'm uninstalling it right now because I already finished the story.

Fatalities and in game animation are all in real time, mate. Only the story cutscenes are pre-rendered videos, which were pretty low quality on release. This dlc is just for story mode. Doesn't affect anything else.

So, just to close the discuss, the Fatalities and Fatal Blows, whereever you use them, towers, story, single kombat etc are still suffering a FPS downgrade or they are already at 60 fps like the rest of the kombat?

this free dlc does not have any bearing on framerate

fatalities, specials, etc are still 30 fps, stage combat is still 60 fps
