Can't Find online Match

I just can't. The only two matchs I could find seemed to be from a very distant region because the ping was higher than 250ms and that is not even playable. This happened to me also in mk11. Back then I would just delete the content of /users/AppData/local/mk11 and it worked. Now I tried the same but with the mk12 folder instead and it's not working. It's defenitely a bug in the game because my pc and my internet work perfectly.
