Re-Size Bar Support (in BIOS)
I just realized that I can also improve my performance by utilizing this feature.

Resizable BAR (ReBAR) is a feature that enhances the performance of your system by allowing the CPU to access the entire GPU memory (VRAM) rather than just 256MB chunks at a time. This can lead to improved gaming performance and higher frame rates.

How It Works:
PCIe Interface: Resizable BAR utilizes an advanced feature of the PCI Express interface to increase performance.

CPU-GPU Coordination: By allowing the CPU to access the entire frame buffer, data transfers between the CPU and GPU become more efficient.

Reduced Latency: This reduces the overhead and latency involved in data transfers, leading to smoother performance in games and other GPU-intensive tasks.

Benefits:
Improved Performance: Games and applications that are GPU-intensive can see performance improvements, especially in scenarios where large amounts of data need to be transferred quickly.

Better Resource Utilization: It allows for more efficient use of the GPU's memory, which can be particularly beneficial in modern games with large textures and assets.

Requirements:
Compatible Hardware: To enable Resizable BAR, you need a compatible CPU, GPU, and motherboard. For example, Intel 10th Gen CPUs or newer, and GPUs like Nvidia GeForce RTX 30 series or AMD Radeon RX 6000 series.

BIOS Update: You may need to update your motherboard's BIOS to enable this feature.

How to Enable:
Enter BIOS: Restart your computer and enter the BIOS/UEFI setup (usually by pressing Del or F2 during boot).

Navigate to PCIe Settings: Look for settings related to PCIe or PCI Sub-systems.

Enable Resizable BAR: Find the option for Resizable BAR and enable it.

Save and Exit: Save your changes and exit the BIOS.

That just enables it to be used it's not actually on, if you get profile inspector and enable it in the global profile then ReBAR is on
In System Information it says it's on. I already confirmed that. You just have to go to Help > System Information in NVIDIA Control Panel to confirm that it's enabled.
Yes it's on at a system level, not sure how it works for amd but nvidia it's enabled on a per game basis through nvidia's built in profiles in the driver but you can force it to be on at the driver level for all games using profile inspector
Can you please explain how I use Profile Inspector? I downloaded version 3.50. I pulled up the profile for Mortal Kombat 1, but I don't see how I can enable it.

My mistake. It was not version 3.50. I had an older version. 3.50 was in reference to something else. Anyway, I figured it out. Thank you.
I just played around with the HDR settings in Profile Inspector, and the game looks so much better as opposed to the in-game HDR.

What you stated is not completely true. ReBar is already enabled by the support in the driver level by Nvidia. As long as your video card, motherboard BIOS (with ReBar turned on in BIOS), and game support for ReBar, then it will be active.

You may need to use profile inspector if Nvidia doesn't officially support ReBar support for a specific game...

@Bigshrimp I'm still happy that OOFleming pointed that out because it's a tool I wasn't familiar with, and it will help enhance some games. It already did help improve the HDR in Mortal Kombat 1.
