For people who are stuck on 7/10, 8/10, 9/10, etc Floyd klues, try this youtube guide

I too was stuck on 9/10 for several days with no idea which klue I missed, but then I found this video and started doing everything right from the start following in author's footsteps and it worked! For me it was either 22 jumps or 7 throws, probably the latter. Not sure what I was doing before, but it did work now! And I fought and defeated Floyd!
A piece of advice, do klues in local multiplayer with P2 and set number of rounds to 1 as the author does in certain challenges. I think 2 rounds instead of one can screw up some of these challenges, because I sure as hell tried 7 throws multiple times before.

♥♥♥♥ I really thought losing to General Shao by getting him lower than 2 hp was gonna be what I missed thinking 10 left was exactly 1% without kameo(1050 hp not a kameo that lowers it) which is what I was doing before. BUMMER.

I literally think my game is just bugged...I followed everything here to the LETTER and nothing(I'm top 5% in ToT from doing multiple daily and hourly challenges AND all my weekly/daily profile challenges). Even used Scorpion for the throws like in the video instead of Baraka in case it was that specific of a backthrow since Barakas doesn't throw as far. NOTHING. I do not get it...All I can think of is don't skip cutscenes for the two story mode ones but I'm 100% positive at least one of those gave me a riff two days ago when I first did them.

Just keep calm, take a deep breath and go through the list again, I've been there. There must be some sort of detail you didn't notice, like playing against AI instead of P2 or doing some throws in 1 round and the others in final, etc.

They made mistakes early on. i.e. they said you needed two flawless victories as Reptile. That was incorrect. You need 2 against Reptile. I figured that out because I was doing mirror matches in versus. I advise that you all trigger all that you can in versus mode and do mirror matches when they apply. You can tell the conditions of what is needed to unlock klues to get riffs based on which side of the screen the riffs occur as well.

It ended up being Demonic Duo for me because I wasn't building up my meter to full by being hit ONLY. Got wrecked as Ashrah then did the character specific ones first and clean sweeped him on my main.

for me, I did the demonic duo every single possible way, the old method, the new one, even tried to be creaive and do it different ways, i tried it (8 times) but still didnt work for me sadly

Demonic Duo was my pending one the first time I triggered him but I lost cos I had to use Ashrah... did the clues again and beat him with Liu Kang in the first match
