it's for people with slower internet, it's faster to download then unpack for launch than it is to download at launch for some people, for those of us with fast internet, simply waiting til launch and downloading is faster.

Yeah. We Downloaded the game, then to ensure the game installs right they are FORCING us to download the entire game + unlock again.
