EULA at every startup

OK, so this issue isn't a dealbreaker for me but it just shows how incompetent the people porting the game are.

Every time I start the game, I get the End User License Agreement screen and I have to press accept.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? While far from being the most annoying thing ever, it just shows how little care was put into this port. Sad...

Yes, everything else is fine. It's just that the overall optimization sucks. Can't believe the game stutters on an RTX 4080...

Mine says Failed to donwload EULA documents or something like that.
I can play the game without problems, but it's just annoying.
