Three Guest Chars and 3 Mortal Kombat Chars. (Is likely the rule for KP2)

That does not make sense, why should they even bring back the horror theme for the the guest chars, that was the case in MKX.

It's more than Kombat Pack 2. The Story expansion is also confirmed. This is literally from the code of MK1.

Story expansions, like with Aftermath? The could drop half of the DLC chars here and the other half in KP2 like with MK11. But i have to admit that i dont like this char collection to be honest, it is actually pretty bad.

Don’t be insufferable, guys. I never said I “think” any Marvel characters will come to MK. I was simply stating that it’s a cool thought and that DC would be a waste. They’ve already been there and done that.

On that note, there was once an alliance between Marvel and DC where they created the Amalgam Universe with hybrid characters. Maybe Dark Claw for a DLC character, eh? They also did other wild universe crossovers in the 90s. If only they had the nuts to do something that cool again (just for the sake of doing something cool and exciting) instead of demanding millions of dollars for it.

It is odd Scarlett was such a big part of MK11 for her to be dropped, but then the same could be said of Sonya. They probably have to feel they have to leave some significant ones from the roster to push the next game (Like Reptile was last game).
