Well if you've been using them for years then there can't be anything shady about them.
Just because most of the keys work doesn't mean it's not shady. It's a grey market seller. Like i said they don't even have a legal notice, they hide their domain registration. Which non-shady business would do that? No infos on where their keys come from. They aren't an official seller. Not listed on isthereanydeal, r/gamedeals etc.
Go ahead and risk it from buying there, most of the time you won't get any problems, but saying there is nothing shady about them is just factually wrong.
Welp, I just bought premium from CDKeys but got no Shang Tsung (I installed the game too to check), he is disabled..
No, I got only one key, I did get other DLC-s but no signs of Shang... :(
