MKX had a really awful friggen launch on PC(First MK game I only played on PC) and by the time they fixed that clusterf*** I was too busy to really get back into it. Still have fun jumping in to fight bots every once in a while.
The roster wasn't great but everything else was perfect. You could literally see the love poured into it. Everything from the music and atmosphere, Konquest mode, and my favourite CHESS KOMBAT (I still pray for the day we can play a modern version of this online, think of the possibilities. Also forces people to use different characters).
MK9 is a very close second, followed by MK1 and MKX
