Is no one else having stuttering in fights
I have seen no one talk about the stuttering in the fights not the cut scenes pc can handle the game fine just has constant stutters. Anyone else experiencing this.

well i got sutter but it's not as bad as the network

I had massive stuttering in fights until about 20 minutes ago. This fixed it for me:

Disable the e-cores in your BIOS. For whatever reason, this game seems to not differentiate between performance cores and efficiency cores.

I still have the previously suggested fixes enabled in my Nvidia Panel:
Power management mode = Prefer maximum performance
Max Frame Rate = 60
Low Latency Mode = On

I also saw a fix for "fuzzy" image quality during motion in another forum. Set you upscaling to Temporal and set BOTH render scale and upscaling sharpness to 100.

My game is running damn near perfectly at this point.

Not issue running the game as on all lowest settings same issue

Same problem, it must be because of HDD instead of SSD like in consoles

Make sure that the shaders are pre-loaded, and the file access to the shader cache folder is not "Read Only".

Is this a laptop? I'm not familiar with this BIOS, but this video shows an option for "Intel SpeedStep" under "Performance." Maybe turning that off will help?

Ok will try also not a laptop just a weird bios for some reason can’t access barley any settings
