Cant Find a match PC

my screen just says loading indefinitley, i have uninstalled and reinstalled, verified, and i have upnp internet. so im not sure what the problem is, if anyone else has had this problem and has fixed it please let me know. Im in the US

For me and a few other people, the only way to get matches was to disable the antivirus... It's ridiculous.

windows anti virus? im USA so not region locked but still having the issue
