running terribly when im way above reccomended

When i first launched the game it was really good max graphics at 60fps, but i launch it a second time and after that 20fps at lowest settings and 20fps at highest. Its basically unplayable as its still 20fps even in the menu and it takes like 1 minute to even load into character select for local fights. Please help

i only have 1 graphics card a 3060 and i dont have anything else running in the background. for some reason mk1 is barely even using my gpu or cpu and i dont know how to fix it

when im in the game its laggy but if i press windows in the background i see the game running perfectly

Verify the game files and see if that helps. It basically fixed my game

only half fix is when im in the game if i press the windows button i see it behind and its running perfectly but you cant press anything

Im having this exact same issue. Literally cannot play the game at all. Loading between the different game modes is unbearably slow, and when (if) I load in, the game plays under 10fps.

I noticed that my CPU spikes to 100% when the game is in the foreground and it freezes/drags. As soon as I alt + tab the game loads 100% fine and CPU usage drops. I have a 3080 along with a i7 - 12000k so it can't be my specs

There are issues with 12th Gen + Intel CPUs. Disable E-cores in BIOS.
