Gear, Talismans, Konsumables, shortly whole Invasion sucks.

Yep. I finished the Scorpion content with Reptile.
First of all, gear and RPG system is crap. You don't need any of the talismans, items or gear. You level up, you give stats and you become stronger. Enemies get stronger too. I was 30 when I reach to Scorpion and he was level 20. Still it was hard for a casual for me but I win it without any consumable or talisman.

Talismans are very lame. You can't understand what they do mostly or they don't give you anything you would use, only HP if you need. They have different levels and stats but there is no info about how they level up and you don't need it too as tons of talismans drop and you sell them in bulk. MK 11 stones were more clear and useful.

As I said you can use consumables maybe,maybe before are bosses if you are really bad.

Gear... owwww gear.. Just mask and worse costumes at least for reptile. Really I did not see anything better then original costume as I am level 20 at Reptile Mastery.

Not about this topic but Mastery is ultra grindy too. I finished all the invasion, just netherstone zones left and I am still lvl 20 and this is with mostly brutality finishes. If you do not make your kills with brutalities, you get so little mastery.

Mastery loses it's magic after about 12 anyway. You activate all the brutalities and 2. fatality, so I don't know if I got some cool stuff or surprise brutality after 25. There is even lame concept arts at few mastery levels which is very annoying.

In the end, it's clear, that all this system rushed crazy. I prefer MK 11 towers of time and gears any day.

And I don't understand why they put limited inventory system for useless items like relics or talismans. They are useless and thanks to them now they are painful to manage too. I'm at Fire Temple right now and probably I will never do this after I got the achievement. All of the process is tiring enough but they decided to add ambush and secret fights to drown players in this nightmare.
