Which platform should I play this game on?

PS5 or Xbox Series X... I'm having stutters doing combos like dropping from 60fps to 56fps... I've tried everything and nothing seem to fix it...

RTX 2080 Ti 11gb
16 RAM
Ryzen 3600 3.59 GHz
SSD 490 gb

The gameplay itself works flawlessly, yet the 30 fps lock in the menu and during fatal blows, stutters in the story mode cutscenes are really annoying. Hoping they will drop some fix for that 30 fps bullcrap, just like they did in MK11, where you could toggle between 30 and 60 fps locks.

I do not think it really matters.. as crossplay is coming. PC has free online wich is cool and like MK11 there is less input delay... so it is slightly better, but PC also usally takes a while to really iron out all the issues. PS5 and Xbox will be just ready to play instantly.

Unfortunately, we do not make accounts on a NRS server... so progression can not be transferred from one game ot the other. With so much to unlock.. better make a choice you will be happy with long term.

Are you able to find any matches without having any lag? Is there any Kombat League seasons going on at this moment?

I am going for the PC since I have a high tier end pc rig at my end, my concern is once I get this game on the PC, I don't want to face people all the way overseas once the game dies down a little bit.

PC works really great right now. It will improve more but it is a super solif pc release. Better than SF6 had for example and that was also a strong release.

I don't know exactly how the match making works, but in MK11 it was regional first. I assume it will be the same. So PC will have access to the larger PS5 and Xbox communities and should still link to regional players on those devices.

Just remember that PNS and the xbox one lag them a little so input timings may have an issue with those devices (this is my PC online is the nest FGC experience across all games). As I do not play in offlines I set the "online" mode so offline mimics online, as it minis PSN online base lag

Yea there a few issues they need to fix but overall it's been very stable on my end. Just glad it wasn't a MKX release. lol Man those were dark days.
