Shang Tsung Preorder bonus

I preordered the game, I’m in early access and received all of the other bonuses like the Van Damme skin and Dragon Krystals, etc. but I can’t select Shang Tsung. Anybody else have this issue? Is there a fix?

Did you buy not on Steam? I purchased from GMG. and Shang Tsung was a separate key I had to redeem.

i have always but.. no van damme skin?? wtf... and there stand 1 week earlier.. release is 19 septmeber i can play since yesterday so thats not a week thats 4 days...

You can try WB’s support, but they weren’t helpful at all for me. Some things I’ve seen people try that have worked for them:
- Reset Steam.
- Make a Desktop Shortcut and open the game from there.
- Uninstall and Reinstall the game.

I bought MK1 Premium Editium preorder on Kinguin and I didn't have Shang-Tsung either. It turns out that sellers do not add the code for Shang-Tsung. They probably hope to sell it separately. I wrote a complaint to the seller why there is no code for Shang-Tsung and he politely sent me the code for Shang-Tsung.

I also ordered from Kinguin, so how did you write to the seller about this key? because I can't find it anywhere.

How do you reach the seller? Im in the same exact scenario and the Kinguin support does not want to help. The item is categorized as a preorder and should include shang tsung by default -.-.

i figured it out, Account > Customer Service > Contact Support > Issues with Delivered Products > There you will have your MK1 order so click on "Report", and then in "Problem type" select "not as described" and in "Preferred Solution" select "none", and below you can message to the seller about the key, i did it and he sended me the key within an hour.

Go to your Library> MK1 on the right hand-side click on DLC.
If Shang Tsung is unchecked then make sure to check it then close the tab:
