Removing the 30 fps cap?
Are they gonna remove the 30 fps cap on invasion and in game menu/character customisation?

They add a 60 fps option for the Krypt in mt11. So i hope they do the same here cuz we all know this 30 fps cap is cuz of the nintendo switch.is just crazy that they thought that 30 fps for a pc is acceptable in any form haha
It's like 1 line of code they need to change to fix it in Unreal

Initial release done, removes the 30 fps cap from everywhere it's on.

There's honestly a good reason as to why they didn't add a 60 FPS toggle on release.
- animations are recorded in 30 fps, so while game is 60 - animations are not
- materials are bound to framerate like in MK11, so some faces during previously capped sections will be distorted (this was the case in MK11 if you changed krypt character to normal ones while having 60 fps toggle)

This is not something I can fix, so it's up to QLOC/NRS to implement 60 fps properly at some point.

However, its still worth installing in my opinion due to more stable frametimes.

From somebody who could barely play Invasion Mode because of the FPS cap on the map (motion sickness, nausea, headache, ...) it's wonderful already. So, thank you very much.

what makes even less sense is that there isn't gonna be crossplay on launch so there's no excuse
This has impacted my decision to buy the game on release for $70. You gotta deliver basic standard for that price.

Agreed i just hope tmr they add it i'll let you know lol. I mean it's cutscenes menu xrays and fatalities all of them currently are capped at 30 fps. It makes the cutscenes very choppy and glitchy because the actual game is running at 60 in the background of the cutscene instead of them just both matching.
