Initial release done, removes the 30 fps cap from everywhere it's on.
There's honestly a good reason as to why they didn't add a 60 FPS toggle on release.
- animations are recorded in 30 fps, so while game is 60 - animations are not
- materials are bound to framerate like in MK11, so some faces during previously capped sections will be distorted (this was the case in MK11 if you changed krypt character to normal ones while having 60 fps toggle)
This is not something I can fix, so it's up to QLOC/NRS to implement 60 fps properly at some point.
However, its still worth installing in my opinion due to more stable frametimes.
