Game always crashing after character select

My PC spec is

Core i7 4790,
GTX 1050 2GB.
16 gb ram

i know it barely touch the minimum requirements, but something irritiate me. After screen select, after kameo select, my game always crashes. I even tried to go lowest resolution 800x600, but still crash. I installed it on HDD, right now i tried to move it to SSD ( hope it gets better, still processing 4 )

what do you guys think? my opinion i should hit medium quality, because i run MK 11 with ultra graphic with no problem 60 fps smooth.

oh my god, im so glad someone with better spec than me got this issue. It means it has nothing to do with my PC specs. I will bro, im trying to reinstall this game on SSD

Let me know how the reinstall goes. I’ve got a data cap on my wifi and I don’t wanna hit it lol

I just finished re downloaded the MK, this problem still happen. I had 45 minutes gameplay on steam just for stuttering, crashing. Gonna save this play time for refund, at least until further fix from the dev. I tried all thhe methods everyone in this community suggest, still not working for me

i had the game opened for 18 hours and i didn't had a single crash, the only problem i experienced was the game freezing during a cutscene in chapter 9 of story mode, i had to kill the process with task manager and relaunch but that was it, i've played invasions, used the shrine, story mode, couple of towers even some online matches, like literally no issues at all except for that one freeze, you can try install it on a different hard drive but maybe your specs are the problem, since they are a bit below the minimun

I have an i5 3570, a GTX 1050 with 2GB of Vram (the same as yours) and 16 GB of Ram. I have the same problem. I asked someone who works at Warner Games do Brasil (Warner Play) and he told me that the problem could be related to a lack of vram, since we only have 2 GB vram and the game can't handle it.

well, i think its time for us to refund i think. I played MK 11 on ultra high for f sake, i dont know why this game such a ....

How would I check the vram on my PC? To be honest I’ve never even heard of that before

gtx 1050 2 vram
16 gb ram
ssd and hdd i instaleed it con ssd and it doesn't work i can play the story and somethings 1 fight but the at the second it crash, what do you think? what i do?

Good news. I reconfigured the files and its not crashing anymore. I’m getting 60 at medium with some small frame drops and like 55-50 at high settings. Can’t believe it worked

Edit:
Right click the game on the side bar, click properties, go to local files, and then verify integrity of the files.
Turning off vsync may also help
