GameUserSettings.ini to bypass 60 FPS lock & Patch Notes

1. did anyone tried to bypass the terrible lock on fps by modifying the .ini file ?
( C:\Users\"XXX"\AppData\Local\MK12\Saved\Steam\Config\WindowsNoEditor )

Experimental60FPS=0"
maybe by giving "0" in fps cap it will work to unlock it ?
second value probably doesn't change anything as it's choice between 30 and 60 as per game settings
or do we have to wait like with MK11 until QLOC will finally and yet again fix that after couple of months [sic]

it's funny that the Day One Patch notes doesn't even mentioned PC release . . . so would i presume there wasn't even any ?
( there was some sort of an update after pre-load at around 385MB so maybe we got that day one patch in the end )
the lack of communication in terms of PC port is a bit annoying, not to mention - disrespectful :P

there are probably technical reasons why it's currently capped to 30, it crashing or not working is confirmation of that, you'll have to wait for a patch to fix it assuming there will be one like for mk11

geez ima hafta wait on Mr. ermaccer's patch this frame pacing at 30fps is disgusting i swear it looks like 20 every time i do a fatal blow.

I've done it but there's a bunch of technical/engine issues that I can't fix, up to QLOC/NRS to do this properly at some point.
