(Help) MK1 Early Access not launching and or crashing

[Kritikal Error]

I purchased the premium edition of MK1 with 1 week early access, others are able to play, meanwhile mine constantly crashes, or simply does nothing after the MK1 logo before the game actually opens.

I've tried reinstalling, turning off steam input, turning off steam overlay, verifying game files, turning off antivirus, turning off any game recording/capturing software, installed newest NVIDIA drivers, restarting pc, restarting steam, running in admin, updating directx, shoot I've even tried waiting 30 minutes after the box logo, because sometimes the EXE doesn't crash, but still nothing.

This is not acceptable for $110...

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and please, DO NOT REPLY TO THE THREAD SAYING SAME, I'm looking for help, not mutuals.

specs: Windows 11, NVIDIA RTX 3070 DUAL OC, Intel I9-10900kf

In short, nothing works, have to wait for the devs to send out a patch.

If anyone is having issues with fps, things in this thread may help improve it. if nothing helps you all, I recommend trying things from this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iv24rTXeIt0

As for others that can't even get past the first splash box for MK1, I'm afraid we have to wait. In the mean time UPVOTE this support ticket on their website ( https://mortalkombat1.bugs.wbgames.com/bug/MK1-91 ) to help us lessen the wait.

Truly unacceptable behavior from NetherRealm Studios, $110 bucks for week early access and I've already missed out on 2 days worth of gameplay.

EDIT 2:
Downgraded to windows 10, game works now. It's possible there was an app causing the issue that was on my c drive, but either way, this is what fixed it for me.

I've had the game boot, but only to a blank screen where I can see the custom cursor and occasional loading icon but nothing else, even after waiting for 10 minutes.

I had the same issue. For me, when I get the issue where it doesn't open after the logo, I just close and re-open. That has worked for me. As for it crashing, I have the same issue. Maybe tomorrow I'll try lowering graphics

Same problem, but me when i wanna play a fight it crashes, i start the story but when it start the first fight it crash, i play on pc but it crash

Same problems with this game, it's unplayable with continuous stuttering, playing in 1080p with 15/25 fps with an I7 12700f and an Rtx 3060Ti is unacceptable.
Fix it now.

Y'all did NOT read my post at all, I CANT EVEN GET THE GAME TO LAUNCH. The splash box comes up then nothing else happens. Please STOP commenting same its not helpful to anyone

Can u try disable memory integrity, to check it's creating some conflict with denuvo.

try apply this nvidia regedit mpo disable: some games have problems with that:

u have the mpo disable and mpo restore.

Apply the disable, restart pc, and try the game again please.
This works to fix alot stuttering issues too, so i recommend to keep it disabled.
