Voice in the menus
In some reason when I'm in the menu's, i hear a weird voice guiding me through each part describing everything when I hit when I go to settings, audio, and kustomize. How do I shut it up?

Accessibility options. Turn off text to speech.

I turned it off but the speech to text idiot is still talking

It asks on the very first boot up, that's where I turned it off and it stayed off.
