Loading time is fast. Make sure to install it on your SSD.

I had it installed on my HDD and had really slow load times. Moving it to SSD fixed everything.

They should advertise this game as SSD required. Loading times are only improved by faster storage speed.

Same. First I installed it to my 4 tb external. Had really long load times. Took about a full minute to get to the fighter select screen after hitting practice. Then an additional 40 seconds or so to get into the match. Was faster after the first time. Moved it to my internal ssd and it's all fast.

Hopefully that works for me. I loved it to SSD last night before I went to bed. Gonna try it today and see

Loading times are bad because MK1 sends your data to the server, then wait for the server to respond back. I've had tons of problems online, which is 90% of the game, where I get stuck waiting for MK1 server response. It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that buying an item, using an item, moving to tiles too fast, accessing the menu. Every. Little. Thing. You. Do. Sends query data to their server then you wait for the response. It's stupid.

To all the other people above me, you don't know WHAT you're talking about. The game loads fast and fine. NO PC UPGRADE will increase server side response time. None, it's impossible. MK1 needs more servers, better servers or off load data packets client side.
