Khaos Reigns Kollection worth it on sale?

I can get the Khaos Reigns Kollection for $30 right now...for that price, as a casual fan who wants to mostly play the story, would you say it is worth it?

Being perfectly honest, base game + KR + character pack 1 and 2 is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ steal at $30 USD.

The only possible downside is whether you can run the game because the game is hard to run. This is all. To enjoy the game completely, you must become familiar with kameo, but you can also play the game without it.

100% , i recommend you to play also online because its so fun , but if not , atleast do some invasion maps and klassic towers

You 100% have to Select Kameo Fighter ANY Match! ...you do have the option to not utilize them however.

I would buy ~at~that~price~ primarily 100% for Multi-Player* ... but I'm not going to jump anytime soon when there's no Skarlet (or Jade) and Tremor, Frost, Khameleon, Sareena, Kano, Sonya, Jax, Stryker, Goro, & Motaro Are ALL Non-Player "Kameo" Exclusive Featured Only!?!? ... ~same~ with Sektor & Cyrax! What Gives??
That's 12× Fighters featured but Not-Playable!?? What a stupid decision.
