Is anything missing in the Khaos Reigns Kollection or will buying it give access to everything?

The Khaos Reigns Kollection is deeply discounted on GMG, but I am conflicted if I should buy or wait. I am mostly single player centric, and was not satisfied with MK11 purchase methods (the game was fabulous though) because even after spending money on the game multiple times (since they kept releasing DLCs), I could not get everything.

Everything aside from Shang Tsung when it comes to characters. There are also one-time purchases available in the store to get Dragon Krystals at a discounted rate while also getting exclusive characters palettes. They aren't new skins though so you can decide if that's something you care about or not. I, personally, purchased them.
