i found floyd when i wasnt on my main character

You have to do the 10 challenges again. You can't change your fighter like that. I made the same mistake.

you can't do anything with this, you can't change character or you will lose your chance at fighting floyd, anyone who said you could is spreading misinformation

It happened the same thing to me, so I recommend you to first try to do the challenges that require to use other characters and then do the rest with your main character.
