Also who cares this deep? Its a friggen video game with magic and monsters where an actor is just really good at fighting? lol Ya'll need to relax.
Who cares right? why bother? dumb people will buy any kind of content,
people like you are reason why game industry went to be such a mess
because this ,,who cares,, mentality.
So maybe he shouldn't be playble in this game, simple.
Yeah, Kobra does the fire flips and Kira has the cannon ball and poison mist. They basically implied, if not outright confirmed, that Ghostface teamed up with the Black Dragon when he came to the MK universe, even referring to the Assassin character as a "her" in the Kombat Kast. So it's clear that Ghostface isn't just teaming up with random people, it's clearly Kobra and Kira.
With that said it's strange they went this route, instead of being more accurate to the movies. I mean Alien got Baraka's armblades and moves in MKX, but no other guest has just straight up had other MK characters as assists in their moveset. It is somewhat accurate to the lore, considering there was more than one Ghostface killer in the movies, but gameplay-wise I could see most people not knowing the context and being confused as to why he's suddenly doing fire kicks.
Well in Armageddon they turned Stryker from a joke character into a swat commando, and in MK9 his bio said he soloed a Die Hard-style attack among other things. NRS has never been a stranger to promoting characters in their games, like how Baraka and Reptile stopped being jobbers for a few games.
I guess your point would make sense if Ghostface himself had these powers, but from what we've seen he's still normal; it's just Kobra and Kira doing all the extra things.
