Season store and Shrine bugged?

Like the title says, is the Season Store and the Shrine bugged at the moment? I only could get 10 items from the Shrine, then it said I was done. And in the season store loads of characters only have like 2 weapon cosmetics and no season character skins, while a few others only have a single season character skin and 1 weapon skin..

It's not a bug, but NRS fail us again Even though these Reptile themed scaly skins look great, yet only a few characters have them, and some of which you need to unlock via invasion. I believe we got almost no new gears this season, and they only add the story skins for Quan Chi to the shrine, nothing more.

This season's shrine is completely EMPTY for me. Last season I only got the lame Quan Chi story mode skin... the one that looks like a parrot.

They've cut the shrine content alot. This season it's only 10 Kung Lao items if I am not mistaken.
